Fuzzy Navel Mocktail

We’ve taken this 80s brunch staple and gave it a "Kitchen Hack" mocktail makeover. By pairing rich peach nectar with the crispness of Swoon Peach Iced Tea and a splash of white balsamic, we’ve recreated that signature schnapps "bite" without the sugar crash. It’s a vibrant, citrus-forward refresher that proves sobriety is anything but boring.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 3 oz Peach Iced Tea (I chose Swoon)
  • 1 oz Peach Nectar
  • ¾ tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice

Method
 

  1. Fill tall glass to the brim with ice.
    Pour orange juice, and nectar into glass.
    Add Balsamic Vinegar.
    Stir gently from bottom up ensuring the nectar mixes in well.
    Top with Iced Tea, stir.

Notes

Since this is alcohol-free, the balsamic vinegar and lemon combo is a great way to get that peach schnapps “bite”.
