Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Espresso Room Temperature
  • 2 oz whipped topping
  • 1 oz simple syrup unflavored
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • cocoa powder for rim
  • chocolate syrup for rim
  • coffee beans for garnish

Method
 

  1. Dip the rim of your glass into chcolate syrup and then cocoa poweder. Chill in freezer.
  2. into a cocktail shaker add ice, espresso, whipped topping, simple syrup, vanilla extract and salt.
  3. shake vigourously for about a minute or so.
  4. remove glass from freezer and pour shaker contents into glass. Top with coffee beans.

Notes

Replace whipped topping for heavy cream. 
Replace espresso with strong brewed coffee (2:1 ratio coffee/water)
