Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients

6 oz Strong Brewed Black Tea 5 bags steeped in 6 oz water
2 oz Orange Juice
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
¾ tsp Smoked Paprika
2 pinches Cayenne Pepper use to your preference

Method

Steep 5 tea bags in 6 oz water until completely cooled.
Once cooled, put all ingredients into shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Place ice cubes into glass.
Pour shaker contents over ice.

Notes

Tip: Stronger tea creates higher Tannins. This creates that dry, sophisticated “mouthfeel” that keeps your mocktail from tasting like basic juice. The smoked paprika & maple syrup creates the “oaky” flavor. The cayenne gives it that back-of-the-throat heat and the OJ bridges it all together.
