Method
- Pour Blackberry Puree and lemon juice into a rocks glass. Add ice.
- Slowly pour the smoked lemonade into the glass. Gently stir.
- Light the tip of the rosemary until it smolders and place atop the glass.
- Garnish with blackberries.
Notes
If you do not have Betty Buzz, use a high-quality, sharp sparkling lemonade and add a tiny drop of liquid smoke to the blackberry puree.
