Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Blackberry Puree 6 oz container
  • ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 5 oz Betty Buzz Sparkling Oak Smoked Lemonade
  • Rosemary Sprig and 3 blackberries for Garnish

Method
 

  1. Pour Blackberry Puree and lemon juice into a rocks glass. Add ice.
  2. Slowly pour the smoked lemonade into the glass. Gently stir.
  3. Light the tip of the rosemary until it smolders and place atop the glass.
  4. Garnish with blackberries.

Notes

If you do not have Betty Buzz, use a high-quality, sharp sparkling lemonade and add a tiny drop of liquid smoke to the blackberry puree.
