Blue Hawaiian Mocktail

Don’t let the neon color fool you—this is a sophisticated tropical blend. We use creamy coconut and pineapple juice "hacked" with apple cider vinegar to mimic the fermented depth of white rum. It’s frothy, fun, and looks absolutely stunning in a thrifted glass.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao Syrup non-alcholic
  • tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ oz Fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a shaker with ice add all ingredients.
    Shake vigorously until frothy.
    Strain into glass with fresh ice.

Notes

Since this is alcohol-free, the ACV and lemon is a great way to get that rum "bite".
