Method
- Dip rip of glass into honey and then into crushed malted milk eggs.
- Fill shaker with ice, combine coconut water, coconut cream, curacao, lime juice and vanilla.
- Shake vigourously for 15 seconds to froth the cream.
- Add fresh ice to glass.
- Strain shaker over the ice and top with sparkling water. stir gently.
Notes
If you feel this may be too sweet, add more lime juice!
I placed Malted Eggs on the ice along with the crushed eggs for garnish. Use whatever garnish you and/or your guests would prefer.
