Blue Lagoon Breeze

A baby blue Easter mocktail made with coconut water, blue curacao, and tropical sparkling water for a playful, kid-friendly sip perfect for spring gatherings.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Coconut Water
  • 2 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao (non-alcoholic)
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Strawberry/Watermelon Sparkling Water
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pastel Malted Milk Eggs, crushed and whole for garnish

Method
 

  1. Dip rip of glass into honey and then into crushed malted milk eggs.
  2. Fill shaker with ice, combine coconut water, coconut cream, curacao, lime juice and vanilla.
  3. Shake vigourously for 15 seconds to froth the cream.
  4. Add fresh ice to glass.
  5. Strain shaker over the ice and top with sparkling water. stir gently.

Notes

If you feel this may be too sweet, add more lime juice!
I placed Malted Eggs on the ice along with the crushed eggs for garnish. Use whatever garnish you and/or your guests would prefer.
