Cherry Martini

A deep, tart cherry sweetness that is immediately met with a very forward ginger flavor. That spicy ginger kick provides the perfect "bite" to balance the fruit. Sultry, classic, and a little bit moody. This is the ultimate "date night" drink—perfect for sipping slowly in a dim room with jazz playing in the background.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Betty Buzz Apple Ginger Sour Cherry Drink
  • 2 oz Tart Cherry Juice
  • ½ oz Maraschino Juice
  • Pink Sugar for rim
  • Lime Wedge

Method
 

  1. Rim your glass with lime wedge and dip glass into the pink sugar.
  2. Squeeze the lime into a shaker. Add the tart cherry juice, Betty Buzz, maraschino juice with plenty of ice. Shake for 15 seconds.
  3. Strain into your rimmed glass.
  4. Add two maraschino cherries for garnish.

Notes

Tip:  if you do not like ginger flavor, eliminate the Betty Buzz and increase the tart cherry juice and add cherry seltzer.
