Easter Blush Fizz

A bright, tropical Easter mocktail made with coconut water, pineapple juice, and sparkling water for a refreshing kid-friendly drink everyone can enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Coconut Water
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh llemon juice
  • ½ oz Grenadine
  • 2 oz Strawberry/Watermelon Sparkling Water
  • Pink Shimmering Sugar for rimming glass

Method
 

  1. Roll edge of glass with honey and then roll in shimmering sugar. Set aside.
  2. In shaker combine ice, coconut water, pineapple juice, lemon juice and grenadine.
  3. Shake for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour into the glass, top with sparkling water and stir once.

Notes

Get creative with garnishes! Use cotton candy, bubble gum, lemon twists, gummy bears, or whatever Easter goodies you have on hand.
