This chamomile tea mocktail brings a calm, refreshing touch to your afternoon. Its gentle floral notes pair perfectly with the sweetness of white grape juice and a hint of lavender-infused simple syrup, creating a light, garden-inspired drink that feels as soothing as it tastes.

Ingredients Method Notes

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Chilled Strong Chamomile Tea
  • 2 oz White Grape Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Lavender-infused Simple Syrup
  • 3 oz Sparkling Lemon Water

Method
 

  1. Pour the tea, juices and syrup in a tall glass over ice. Stir.
  2. Top with Sparkling lemon water.
  3. Garnish with fresh lemon wheel and lavender sprig

Notes

For the tea, I steeped 3 teabags in 5 oz water and chilled in freezer until it was no longer hot.
