Rose Lemon Spritzer

The vibe: High-end garden party. This feels like a sunny afternoon in May (it's freezing outside currently but a girl can daydream). It’s light, airy, and very "aesthetic." A crisp, tart zing of lemon followed immediately by the bright, effervescent bubbles of the sparkling juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Sparkling White Grape Juice
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp Grenadine
  • 1 3D Rose Ice Cube
  • Lemon rind for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a shaker (no ice needed), shake the lemon juice and grenadine together until combined.
  2. Pour the lemon-grenadine mixture into a glass. Place ice cube in glass.
  3. Top with the Sparkling White Grape Juice.
  4. Place lemon rind next to ice for garnish.

Notes

Tip: prepare the rose ice cube the day before. For best results, only fill the mold 90%.
