The Sedona Dusk

A vibrant, sunset-inspired mocktail with orange and cranberry juices.
Servings: 1

Ingredients

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup ginger ale
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp cranberry juice
  • 2 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

Method

  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Agave (honey) and cranberry juice. Set aside. This increases the density, allowing it to settle at the bottom for that signature "dusk" look.
  2. Fill your glass with ice. Pour in the orange juice and lime juice.
  3. Top with ginger ale, leaving about an inch of space at the top.
  4. Slowly pour the thickened cranberry mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass. For best results, rest the tip of the up side down spoon against the inside wall of the glass. The weight will carry the juice to the bottom, creating a beautiful gradient.
  5. Do not stir again, or the colors will blend. Add the Rosemary sprig and serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you don't have Agave on hand, honey works beautifully 1-to-1 swap.
  • Diet friendly tip: Swap the ginger ale for a zero-sugar clear soda or flavored seltzer to keep the fizz without the extra sugar.
