The Shamrock Shake-Up

Not every celebration needs a complicated prep list. This is the quickest, easiest drink in the drop—perfect for when you want something sweet and nostalgic without the blender. We used a creamy coconut milk base and peppermint extract for a refreshing, cool finish. It’s a light treat and when paired with a festive green sugar rim, it feels like the ultimate reward at the end of the rainbow.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Coconut Milk
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • ¼ tsp Peppermint Extract
  • Green food dye
  • Green sanding sugar for garnish

Method
 

  1. Rim your glass or just a spot with simple syrup and dip it into the green sugar.
  2. Combine your milk, syrup, peppermint, and a drop of green dye in a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy, then strain into your prepared glass over fresh ice.

Notes

For an extra fresh kick, try muddling a few fresh mint leaves in your syrup before shaking!
