Method
- Cut the lime in half (reserve a slice of lime for garnish) and moisten the rim of a glass with a wedge of lime. Dip the moistened rim in Tajin.
- Place the jalapeño slices, Agave, a pinch of salt and the used lime half into the glass. Use a muddler or wooden spoon to smash them together.
- Squeeze the remaining lime half into the glass and stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda. Stir drink.
- Garnish with jalapeño slice and reserved lime slice.
Notes
- If you're looking for more depth, a smokey salt for the rim adds an earthy contrast to the "Heatwave" spice.
