Sparklin’ Sassy Sangria

Sparklin’ Sassy Sangria
This is the ultimate "Hostess Hero" drink. It’s vibrant, crowded with beautiful fruit, and feels much more sophisticated than your average punch. The cherry juice and grape juice offers the perfect combination of tart and sweet. Serving it in a crystal pitcher with mismatched glassware really elevates the whole experience.
Ingredients
Method
- Add frozen raspberries and fresh fuit slices to bottom of pitcher (for 3 servings I used three slices of each lemon and orange and a handful of strawberries with the ½ cup frozen raspberries).
- Slowly pour in cherry juice, orange juice and grenadine. Stir well.
- Right before serving top it off with the grape juice. Stir.
Notes
Pop the pitcher in the fridge for a couple of hours. This gives the fruit time to really ‘marinate’ and mingle! Remember, don’t pour the sparkling grape juice until right before you are serving the Sangria!
An alternative to cherry juice is pomegranate juice.
Place a slice each orange and lemon, along with a couple of slices of strawberries into each glass prior to filling with Sangria.
