If you want a drink that starts a conversation, this is the one. We’ve reimagined the high-energy "Trashcan" with a focus on that beautiful blue-to-green gradient. By layering a deep blue NA curacao at the bottom and topping it with a bright yellow energy drink or green apple Gatorade, you get a "liquid rainbow" in a glass. It’s tart, caffeinated, and the perfect electric green for your St. Paddy’s festivities.

Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add the blue curacao syrup, lime juice and white grape juice. Stir these together. The liquid will look deep blue.
- Pour the Gatorade slowly over the top.
Notes
The standard Trashcan cocktail is made with Red Bull, but I don’t like energy drinks so I opted for the Gatorade.
If you can’t find Green Apple Gatorade, use a yelllow drink. When mixed with the blue, you will achieve that neon green color.
