The Blushing Paloma

A bright and zesty grapefruit mocktail featuring a signature 2:1 sugar-to-salt rim. Crisp, tart, and perfectly balanced—The Blushing Paloma is the ultimate refreshing NA treat for any occasion.
Ingredients
Method
- Combine salt and sugar on a plate. Run a lime wedge along the rim of a glass and dip the rim into the sugar/salt combo. Set aside.
- In a shaker or another glass, shake together the grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave until fully dissolved.
- Fill your rimmed glass with ice and pour the juice mixture over the ice.
- Top with the sparkling water.
- Add the lime wheel as garnish and serve immediately while the bubbles are crisp.
Notes
- 2:1 sugar-to-salt ratio is a wonderful way to cut the tartness of the grapefruit.
- You may use Kosher Salt or Coarse Sea Salt according to your preference.
- Agave can be replaced by honey or simple syrup.
