Cherry Lavender Drop

Part of my Anti-Inflammatory Drink Drop, this was a "happy accident" pivot from pomegranate I had planned to use, and I’m so glad it happened! Tart cherry juice is a legendary remedy for joint soreness and muscle recovery. Pairing it with the calming floral notes of lavender makes this my favorite evening ritual. It helps me wind down while my body does the work of restoring itself.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Cherry Juice
  • ½ oz Lavender Syrup
  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Lime Sparkling Water
  • Dried lavender sprig or lime wheel for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a shaker with ice, combine the cherry juice, lavender syrup and lime juice.
  2. Shake briefly just to chill and aerate.
  3. Pour into glass with ice.
  4. Top with the sparkling water and stir gently.

Notes

Pomegranate Juice would be a nice alternative to the Cherry juice.
