Method
- Puree Mango if that is what you choose.
- In your glass, add the mango, lemon juice, simple syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice
- Top with the Ginger Ale and stir gently from the bottom up to get that beautiful yellow and orange layers.
Notes
If you prefer, you can use Club Soda or a Sparkling Water in lieu of Ginger Ale.
If you have Lemon Balm Syrup, you can use that instead of the Simple Syrup. Your measurements would be 1/2 oz Lemon Balm Syrup and 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice.
