Mango Medley Delight Mocktail

Sunshine and relief! This alcohol-free drink is a new addition to my Anti-Inflammatory Series and is all about the tropical sweetness of the Mango which is loaded with bioactive compounds that specifically target inflammation in the body. When my joints feel heavy or stiff, this sun-drenched sip feels like a warm hug for my system. It’s naturally sweet, incredibly satisfying, and designed to help you glow from the inside out. It’s velvety and bright—the perfect mood-lifter when you’re feeling stiff or sluggish.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Fresh Mango Puree or Mango Nectar
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • Top with Ginger Ale

Method
 

  1. Puree Mango if that is what you choose.
  2. In your glass, add the mango, lemon juice, simple syrup.
  3. Fill the glass with ice
  4. Top with the Ginger Ale and stir gently from the bottom up to get that beautiful yellow and orange layers.

Notes

If you prefer, you can use Club Soda or a Sparkling Water in lieu of Ginger Ale.
If you have Lemon Balm Syrup, you can use that instead of the Simple Syrup. Your measurements would be 1/2 oz Lemon Balm Syrup and 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice.
